An artist in soul since
(almost) born (Warsaw Poland, 1953).
Studied sculpturing and
drawing in Kaye College of Art and in numerous master
lessons with Kostic (Michael Kobalski).
Active in the “50 fingers”
group in the Arava Valley since 1984, Miriam creates
works deeply influenced by the desert.
Together with the “50
fingers” participates in exhibitions in Beer Sheva, Tel
Aviv and the Arava.
Her recent pieces look with
a spice of humor on the woman body.
Among her contributions,
and inspiration, is her rehabilitation work with
prisoners, and a lot of work
with youth, whom she teaches sculpturing
and drawing.
Married, mother to 3, lives in Beer Sheva,
capital of the Negev, south of Israel.
